How to Access the ATRRS Training Tracker

The Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) is an online portal that allows active-duty and civilian personnel to view their training requirements. To access the system, click the link below and sign in using your Passport or Logon ID. Then, select the school from which you wish to obtain your training and see the list of available courses.

Course catalog

To access the Course catalog on ATRRS, you need a government-registered computer with a CAC installed. Once you have logged in, you can search for courses and search by subject area. However, note that not all courses in the catalog are open to anyone. If you’re not sure if a particular course is open to you, check with your unit’s training branch.

The Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) has undergone some changes recently. Until recently, only authorized users were able to log in, but all authorized users are now able to access it. If you’re not registered yet, check your email for instructions on how to log in.

Common access card (CAC)

In order to access the ATRRS Training Tracker, a person must have a Common Access Card (CAC). This device, which is the size of a credit card, is used to verify basic personal information. It is issued by the Department of Defense under a program called DEERS/RAPIDS. This card gives access to a user’s account through the ATRRS Portal.

To use the ActivClient on your computer, you must have a CAC reader. It will take precedence over any other reader on the computer. Some computers do not support external CAC readers.

Security clearance required

The ATRRS training tracker requires that a potential employee obtain a security clearance before they can begin working. A security clearance is a document that determines if an employee is eligible for access to classified information. It is granted by a personnel security specialist. A personnel security specialist reviews an applicant’s PSI results and evaluates them against the NSAG (National Security Adjudication Guidelines) to ensure they meet the highest standards for access to classified information.

To request a security clearance, an applicant must submit a form called a security clearance application. Typically, the form requires a Tier 3 investigation, and is required for those with top secret or DOE “L” access authorizations. A person applying for a security clearance must also submit a Questionnaire for National Security Positions (Questionnaire).

Access to other channels

Once you’ve logged into your ATRRS account, you’ll see a list of additional channels. This list will include a variety of tools for training and education. These include ATRRS’s Internet Training Application System (ITAS), which allows Army personnel to sign up for civilian human resources courses. It also provides users with access to Defense Acquisition University’s registry system, which helps the Army schedule training and monitor progress.

Contractor support

The Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) is a system that tracks training requirements for contractors. The system was originally designed for military use, but is now accessible for authorized civilian users as well. This system also identifies training requirements for non-initial entry personnel, including G1 personnel, and provides a mechanism to allocate training quotas to contractors. This process helps contractors meet their training requirements while preserving training dollars and minimizing the number of unfilled seats.

The ATRRS course catalog is available online. You can access it by using a government-registered computer and CAC. Once you have created an account, you can begin searching for specific courses or subject areas. Once you have made your selections, you can then select a school that offers the specific course you need.
